Besides the disappointment with T3 palm Unit, that I strongly advice not to get, now I warn you of one of those cheap chess software you sometimes -I, sometimes- buy because they are cheap and, well, what a heck if the are not so good. I fall in that trap browsing the soft shells in "Spry", a big computer store in Los Angeles. My eyes saw a "Classic Chess" by "OnHand!" company, a package with a flashy cover promising pretty gui and a "superior chess engine". I said to myself "this must be a refurbishing of some old chess program", but it was priced at just 9.99 bucks, so I said " I will pay the price just to know which of those that old program is and perhaps the gui is good enough to play some games...." No sir.... After setting it at his best, a supposed 2300 elo rating, the game went this way: Fernando, white.... d4-----Nc6 d5-----Nb5 a3-----Na6 I interrupted the game at this point. I must also say that beetween each of his wonder moves the program took some considerable time. I wonder how many of you could tell similar histories.... Fernando
