I don't think the money is enough.  Make it $5,000 for turning up and $5,000 for
winning and a decent GM might be interested.  These guys are professionals,
there is a lot at stake (bad publicity for a loss), and the match would chew up
a fair amount of time (at least a week to play it, plus significant time to
prepare) so you have to make it really worth their while.
