Subject: Is this position a draw?

	I was accompanying the game "Leitão,RxJanssen,R" played in Wiljk
aan Zee(B), and I came across with this position, that called
me attention:  ra8, pa6, ka5, Bd3, Kd2, and black plays.  Can
the blacks gain this end(it's a tablebase ending)?  Janssen played
61... Rc8 and the game finished with a draw.
	Rafael Leitão is a young Brazilian of 19 years,three times
champion of my country and, in my opinion the best brazilian player
since Henrique Mecking.  Seems to me that he will reach at the level
of super GM.
