I'm not judging guilt or innocence, but did he contact Eugene?  I see a possible
catch 22 with the GPL license and tablebase code.  GPL says you must distribute
the code.  To use Eugene's code you must have his permission.  I don't know if
the tablebase code is activated, but it is included in the Toga distribution.
