Subject: This has got to be a very tricky position.

Taken from an actual game (Willy - Michael Reyes 2005).

Black to move. Black has trapped White's Bishop, and is currently up an
exchange as well. However, White has just played Qg3+, forcing Black to face
possible mating threats if Black responds badly. Black's task is to get his
King to safety , simplify the position, and hopefully win in the endgame with
his material advantage. White, on the other hand, has numerous threats like Bg7
and Rd1. Which side stands better?
