Subject: Which one is the most _stable_ machine, Dual Xeon or Dual Opteron?

I've built my own Dual (MP), it rocks to play chess, but when it comes to
stability it is really a poor machine... resets everyday! Maybe it's the
brazilian summer heat, it really gets hot here and I'm using simple air-cooling,
but ASUS software tells CPU T=35 Celsius, so I'm searching for new ideas... or a
whole new PC.
