It's been my experience that a lot of stability problems stem from an inadequate
power supply.  Never use a "no name" PSU...it' pays to buy a name brand.  This
hold true whether you're doing any over-clocking or not.  I used to have all
kinds of stability problems using a cheap 500W PSU, but they all disappeared
once I got my new Antec case with the Antec 430W "True Power" PSU.
