I must say that i made the test a few weeks ago. The two engines got almost the same strength. It's possible to let them play on the same GUI (ChessBase) and on the same PC. But i must say that they got different style of play. In fact after having played more than 400 Blitz games, i always use predefined positions from openings that will be played by both opponents and many times. They choose different opening moves!! The result is in favor of UCI but with only +3-5 ELO points, but i have the impression that if the match will be played in separate GUI's and in two different computers UCI engine will gain at least +15 Points. In fact i noticed that the UCI engine have sometimes difficulties to ponder with good nodes. It takes him sometimes a second or more to reach his maximum nodes (beginning from as low as 20 Knodes till as high as 500Knodes) on my LapTop AMD 2800+.
