I have been following the results of Shredder 9, not just SSDF but also other results such as those posted by Kurt Utzinger and Harald Faber, and I am getting the distinct impression that Shredder 9 is stronger than any of its predecessors (S8, S7.04) except against Junior 9. Aside from the SSDF result (20.5-19.5 in favor of J9), Kurt reports 27-23 in favor of S9 and Harald reports 10.5-9.5 in favor of S9, both close scores. I think S8 and especially S7.04 do better against J9. Is there a logical explanation for this? eric
