The results you site for  Junior 9 does not mean Shredder 9 is weaker against
Junior 9. The sample is much too small to make such a claim. For example the
27-23 result for Junior 9 against Shredder 9 is statistically almost
meaningless. The result is not much better then 50 - 50 that Junior 9 is better
then Shredder 9.
