hmmm at least 1900 Elo ,wood ,used ok,and $150

the closest i can come up with would be the Saitek President
nice wooden board and pieces with an information rich display
these appear on Ebay quite often
rated at close to 2000 Elo and with a Franz Morsch program(of Fritz fame)
very possible to nab one for $150

there is one up on Ebay now but it has passed  your maximum price
