Although i don't understand the below 2 replies (i know they don't have nothing
to do with your puzzle but i don't understand them generally....), i will give
my answer:
I have found many such games with the above conditions(in fact it's easy to find
thousands......) but of course i will give only 1:

1...Nd3+ (double check)
2.Ke3 Mate!
