I do not think that it is not right because if you use the version anyone can
buy then Hiarcs7 has no chance if it is important for the GM because the GM can
play many games at home against Hiarcs7 and learn killing lines against Hiarcs7.

I believe that in this case even an 2000 player has a good chance to beat
Hiarcs7 by learning many games Hiarcs7 is playing against itself and playing the
moves of the winning side.

Your suggestion is unfair because the GM is a mutant creature whose purpose is
to defeat Hiarcs7.
