I initiated an email discussion with the seller of the CC1 currently on Ebay.
As I surmized, the seller did not realize the worth of the CC1 model when she
put it up for auction. (She does now however :>)).

Some of you might find this interesting. Before posting her e-mail below, I did
obtained her permission .

"Hi Michael ~

I noticed in the instructions ( service agreement ) .. that the company did
offer a upgrade ...
after June 1st 1977 ~ this game was purchased as a Christmas present in 1977
..... for the original
owner .... who I got the game from when he passed on ... ( thru an estate sale
... we bought out
what was "left over " after the Sale .... over 2 years ago .. and this was one
of the items we kept)

I thought it was worth holding on to ... but figured I'd only get $25 - 50 for
it ..... SURPRISE !

We've been doin' Ebay for about 7 years .... and about 2 or 3 times a year we
throw something up
that ends up with bids that totaly blow us away ! .....

we have sold

3 - old ceramic Pie Vents ........ that went for over $900.00

10 Darthmouth College Plates ........that went for over $150.00 each ( 1 went
for $350.00 )

1 sharks Jaw ....that we couldn't get $20.00 for in a garage sale that went for
over $800.00

and a Pair of Old Exit Signs from a movie theater .... that went for $725.00
..... None of which we

paid over $10.00 for any of the items ....... GO FIGURE ?

Guess everyone gets "LUCKY" sooner or later ~

I'm facinated that there is so much interest in this game ...... Good Luck in
your bidding ~&
thanks for the info & emails

Sincerely
Sharon A Murray
