I see the issue like this: "Best Complete Chess Engine" encompasses opening books prepared by author, egtb, learning and anything else the author want to preccalculate to obtain the best possible result. Call this the "BCCE" list. "Best Chess Analsysis Engine" throw away opening books, egtbs and learning, which engine plays best from start to finish based on its computational abilities. Call this the "BCAE" list. I predict the "BCCE" and the "BCAE" lists will be different.
