Don't forget a SATA HD if you don't have one already. Also, if you don't mind eBaying, you can get some of that for a lot cheaper in some cases. The 252's are currently suffering a supply shortage, so you may not see too many of them around for a little bit. http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=22042 Also, I read on a hardware site that the K8WE doesn't truly support the 1GHz memory speed that the new 252's support. That was an allegation by a competing chipset maker, but I've forgotten who, I'll try and find that link, as I am also eyeing the K8WE. And if by 'gamer' in your topic is referring also to 3d games, you'll probably want to put a decent vid card on there, and it would have to be PCI-express, not AGP. Happy shopping! :)
