Duh... Actually it's positional judgement for us humans.

I also realized in seconds Black was in big trouble and was calculating not just
positional factors.

Not the same thing! A positional sacrifice has no immediate tactics, I've
explained this! It's giving up material for space, time, mobility, as
compensation.

This position with Nf5 doesn't fit this criteria!

Nf5!..gf gf..Kh8 b6! followed by Rdg1 etc. +-
