Linux is not necessary.

Dieter described the problem, you should have mentionned MinGW was used.

You can now "fix" the problem by affecting the definition of S64_FORMAT in
util.h  You can "hardwire" S64_FORMAT to "%I64u" for Windows-only use.

If it does not work, we will change the node counter to 32-bit or floating
point, don't worry.
