Robert, didn't someone tell you how to do that test already? Run a 128 KB test (i.e., lt11) and then run it again up to 63 MB what ever you have. That should give you a rough estimate. However l will take a speculative stab at this question by estimating that when you use 128 kb instead of 63 MB you lose 63 elo. Each doubling of hash tables increaases elo approx. 7 pts; therefore, 128 to 256 = (7), 256 to 512 = (7), 500 to 1000 (simplify mult.) = (7), 1mg to 2mg = (7), 2 to 4 = (7), 4 to 8 - (7), 8 to 16 = (7), 16 to 32 = (7) and 32 to 63 = (7), totaling 63 elo, OK.
