What is this, some sort of conspiracy?

Does the box for the regular CC3 indicate how many levels there are on the
front, like with the CC7? I know that there is a round, red sticker indicating
3 levels, but I think that is only used on the ungraded CC1's - correct?

What are there, 100,000 of these CC1's out there, and now they are going to
flood the market? :-) I have seen numbers from 250 to 1,000, for these things,
and nobody seems to know how many were actually upgraded. Probably the
majority, as they really needed to be upgraded.
