Kasparov should play Hydra. If Hydra is stronger than Deep Blue, and if Kasparov
beats Hydra, then Kasparov was probably stronger than Deep Blue. Not for sure,
but probably. Of course, Kasparov can't beat Junior or Fritz, so he might not
have much of a chance against Hydra. Need to structure the incentives to reward
winning instead of just paying him to play, whatever the result.

$1,000,000 for a win
$750,000 for a draw
$500,000 for a loss

Try to get some real effort and talent out of him.

On the other hand, if Kasparov loses to Hydra, then he was probably 2nd to Deep
Blue.
