Probably no such place exists.
Here is one place:
ftp://cap.connx.com/pub/EPD/
but my ftp site is a pain for some people to use.

This is probably easier for most people to use:
http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Launchpad/2640/pgn/tests/

Some others:
http://sccs.muldermedia.de/index.php?section=suites
http://www.ebizmarine.com/folio/ybishop/page4.htm
http://www.andreas-schwartmann.de/chess.html#Test
http://www.cs.unimaas.nl/~uiterwyk/icca/mats.htm
http://web.quick.cz/EVCOMP/elotesty.htm
http://www.jakob.at/steffen/hossa/testsuites/uskieg.html

Heavily analyzed EPD file:
ftp://cap.connx.com/pub/Public_CAP_Results/Apocalypse/Apocalypse.epd

Heavily analyzed EPD file (640 MB compressed -- I hope you are patient):
ftp://cap.connx.com/pub/Public_CAP_Results/Brainy/brainy.epd.bz2
