I think it depends on the person
It is possible that a FM with a different style can do better than I.M Dean
Hergott.
It is also possible that a Fide Master who played 90% of his serious games
against machines and know their weaknesses has  good chance to beat Hiarcs7.
I do not know.

 It is interesting to know if there is a master who wants to play a match
against a top program when the loser pay the winner money.
The operator of the top program may change the opening book of the program and
also does not have to use the same program for all the games to make opening
preperation hard for the human.
