I agree that Hiarcs7 should have the same rights.
The grandmaster is preparing against hiarcs7 so hiarcs7 should do the same.

It is simple if the engine is deterministic but if the engine is not
deterministic you cannot beat it only by memorizing games.
It is enough to do it not deterministic in the time per move to do it not
deterministic.
