Considerable time has passed since the release of both Junior9 and Shredder9 and i want some opinions since i am planning to buy one of the two programs from chessbase. 1) Which is the better of the two in terms of analysis output. I heard about Junior's emphasis on interesting moves in dynamic positions. is it true that Junior is a better engine for analysis purpose than Shredder9? 2) Which is the better of the two engines in terms of pure playing quality ? or is it that they are both very close? Which one is more towards perfection? 3) Does new versions(latest copies) of Junior9 from Chessbase contain the bug that was discussed here? 4) Is it true that Shredder is not a good engine playing against Humans? Regards Vikrant
