Hi Martin its true that the Tasc board and pieces can be a bit tricky but different pieces will work on different boards i have 4 Tasc boards and the pieces(2 SB20'S and 2 SB30'S) all of the pieces can be used in three of the boards while only one set can be used on one board(an SB20) i think chances are that one of these piece sets will work with a buyers already existing board the only thing i know for certain is that the SB20 board does not work with version 2.2 of the King perhaps in your example it is because you used only one piece from a different set? try changing the whole piece set on the other board Best Steve
