Steve, thanks for your comments. I'll try to incorporate the ideas. However, for Yace, where I tried hard, that it will not forget any previously analysed lines, analysis from front to back will not have any advantages at all. It also was quite a bit more difficult, to program the back to front way (for example, you have to write the PGN front to back), and I in changing that order, I see not too much sense.
