Smart , very smart and stealth move- IMO .

Don't worry about the Steve's math, the Sarbanes-Oxley people will review  that
in great detail later in the year.  By then, his math should be running fine and
Steve should be on his way to a full recovery from his nervous breakdown that he
will suffer once he reads your post and realized and you had "out mathed" the
mathster  on "Stealth Phantom Pieces".
