The old (Delphi) version of Monarch has speculative draw heristics and find the
draw in <1 sec on my AMD XP 2600

Goliath also has speculative draw heuristics and find 0.00 in 13 secs on my
XP2600.  Goliath's routines are probably more sound that those in the old
version Monarch.

BTW what has happened to Goliaths website?  It seems to be down - is this a
temporary situation?
