the votes keep coming in and it appears that the Fidelity Elite A/G series of
computers are greatly admired by many

Fidelity released 12 different versions of the A/G in total
Alain Zanchetta's web site has a rundown of all of them together with model
numbers:
http://www.zanchetta.net/echecs/

look for the Fidelity Model list link

some footnotes:
A)the Elite Premiere was also made in the A/G housing but is not considered an
A/G proper
B)the V1 was never released for sale
C)the A/G 2100 contains the all popular Par Program
D)there was a modified A/G made by a private individual in Europe called the
V11,containing a 68040 or perhaps a 68060 processor.this of course was not
offically authorized by Fidelity and as such,is not collectable(IMO)

All Mighty Wood Regards
Steve

PS..Alains site has become an invaluable rescource to the serious and even not
so serious collector
his list of DOWNLOADABLE manuals in many different languages is a must for
anyone looking for a manual for an old chess computer
i make it a habit to review his site early and often
