and this is the reason dedicated chess computers make no sense anymore.

what WE (palm / pocket pc users) would need would be a
standard infrared chess board that communicates via protocol with the palm,
pocket pc units and we can move on the chess board.

is there a chess board supporting palms or other pda's via irda ?

i hope this comes out soon.

than we have a perfect machine.
