Subject: Ebay Auction For A Sale Of Rights To The Code Of A PC Chess Program

Not really my area of interest but i have never seen an Auction like this before
the seller is offering the rights of ownership to the code of a chess program

i will leave this one to the Software boys here, but i wonder how one goes about
verifying that the seller even has the rights to sell and how does one know he
will be then really get the ownership rights?
