200 points is a bit much to expect for sure, but strong opening books tailored specifically for each engine can make a surprisingly large ratings boost. When I was playing (er rather, my computer was playing) on Playchess regularly, most of the guys with the top ratings spent ridiculous amounts of time fine tuning their opening books. Outside of that, check the usual fences: hash size, 3,4,5, some 6 man tb's, tb cache, set opening learning on (but use a different book for each individual engine), etc...
