I wonder if you mean what I think you mean with this question.  As part of my
test code I have a set of positions and descriptions like "w>b" or "e4>c2".
What I do is load the position, run eval, then determine whether the description
is true.  Is white better than black here?  Is the piece on e4 worth more than
the piece on c2?

If you're just looking for test suites, other people have posted a bunch.  But
if you're looking for something like this I'd recommend some books.  I got all
my eval test positions from "How To Reassess Your Chess" and "Pawn Power in
Chess".
