Don't be open, which you can achieve by typing "set open 0".  I assume you are
running with WinBoard, if so, this will prevent WinBoard from accepting the
challenges, since there can't be any if you aren't open.

I don't use WinBoard anymore, but when I did, I hacked it so that there was a
menu item that turned off "auto-accept".  This wasn't hard to do.
