I find this comment intriguing. How was MCO-13 not technical? As far as I
remember it is a bunch of recommended lines with precise evaluations. That's as
technical as you get, unless you include the introductions which are superficial
at best (not that I'm saying NCO will be any better). If you are looking for
precise opening recommendations in a single handy volume, NCO, provided it lives
up to expectations, should do the trick. I don't really trust the new ECOs that
much. Too much is missing and too much is grossly inaccurate. No offense, but
the quality of the writers/contributors has dropped drastically.
