The purpose of Nunn's Chess Openings is to have a one volume openings
reference, much like the MCO and BCO. It is very timely and much needed because
there has'nt been any update to either BCO and MCO in a long while.
I e-mailed the folks at "Chess This Week" since they are adverticing the
book. I suggested that since Dr Nunn uses the Chessbase program to input the
moves, that why can't he make his book be available in electronic form, say
chessbase or pgn format, in that way it can be easily be updated every year,
and it can be used as an opening book for chess programs.
