Important point:  no matter _how_ fast the SP goes, DB won't go any faster
unless they (a) redesign the chips to reduce the clock cycle time or (b) make
more chips.  To go twice as fast, they need twice as many chips at present, as
the SP isn't the 'limiting' factor...  It is a combination of the basic machine
speed _and_ the number/speed of the DB chess processors...
