It is a typical message of Shredder GUI, when a combined UCI/WB-engine
initializes TBs, before it is ready to answer the uci command of the GUI. Often
WB-engines have a command to setup TBs in the configuration file. Deleting this
might help. Sometimes it helps to try a few times in a row, too. The second
time, the engines initializes TBs is normally much faster than the first time,
and the GUI won't timeout again.
