The light version is based on CB6 and does not reflect what can be done with
CB9. I'm not familiar with SCID but if you can't filter databases very quickly
then your missing out. Not to mention all the opening book features. As an
example I sorted megabase and my TWIC database for all rapid and standard games
by players rated 2500+. It took less than 5 minutes. I could turn this database
into a opening book with one click! I understand not wanting to spend the money
if there's not alot more features. Can you do this quick and easy with SCID?
