The program was going through a constant loop. Run GameFetcher ICC Wait for the file creation. After that you'll see: Press a key to continue... Hit a key, and it begins the endless loop of fetching games. You can break this with a control+C or close the application manually. Closing winboard will just make it load up again. If you want to fix this manually you will have open GameFetcher, then edit ./bat4/chess120.bat remove call ./bat/chess0.bat For the ICC mini or Fics, in ./bat2/chess120.bat remove the same. You'll have to do it each time you load GameFetcher. The loop is apart of the program. Get game 1 , get game 2, etc... game 483... start over, get game1. If you get a ICS dialog box, it's probably server-side and they changed their settings to prevent the GameFetcher's "loop" from accessing the server(s). Joshua Haglund toneewa@yahoo.com
