I should note that the machine running the WAC has only the three and four man
tablebases available, so it may may missed a shorter mate.   The PV for its mate
in 15 for WAC.041 goes:

1. Ka5 Rg1 2. Rf8+ Kb7  3. g8=Q Ra1+ 4. Kb4 Rb1+ 5. Qb3 Rxb3+ 6. Kxb3 Kxb6 7.
Rf6+

with the remainder lost in the transposition table.
