Fritz-Crafty16.4-Engine: 4-CPU-Version / Support of Tablesbases

Die neue Version von Crafty 16.4 bietet auch unter Fritz interessante neue
Möglichkeiten, s. Titel.

For the non-initiated:
- P4 is for parallel version, maximum 4 processors. The engine adapts to the
number of processors in the system (up to 4), so it's no problem anymore to
start the parallel version on a single processor system or to start the quad
version on a dual system.

- T is for tablebase access, format of Eugene Nalimov. You have to add the
following content to the file Engines.ini in the engines directory:
[Tablebase]
Path = E:\Tablebases\
CacheSizeKB = 1024
