Mike, Thanks for your comments on the insurance. I doubt I would have come to this conclusion, at least not prior to haveing any claim situation. This helps a great deal to know this in advance. I asked Steve, above, about an escrow service. Do you know anything about using them on overseas transactions? Dick Schneiders
