He/they were always very professional and sent what I ordered timely. I have talked to Bill on the phone a few times, and he was very helpful and always called me back promptly with the answers I needed, if he couldn't answer me immediately. I will not hesitate to deal with him again, when I need something that he can provide me. Frankly, I am shocked at your anger and choice of words here. As I say, I don't have a clue as to the details of what happened here, but usually these sorts of disputes have two sides to them. I would caution anyone that reads this to take it as it was given - written out of frustration and anger, and not put *total* reliance on anything either of us says here. Dick Schneiders
