Only engines with knowledge may avoid capturing the bishop.

The point is that engines without knowledge do not evaluate capturing the bishop
as a draw and prefer it as a better move when engines that evaluate both
capturing the bishop and not capturing the bishop as a draw have no reason to
prefer capturing the bishop.

It is not a bug.
