It was by Kittinger. IIRC, they just didn't mention his name in the docs but it
appears in the code.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the Amiga versions of CM2000 and 2100 were by
Kittinger too, anyway I'm sure that they both used the same engine. The
calculations were identical with the only difference being, that CM2100 needed
exactly twice the time (unbelievable, but true). I don't know anything about pc
versions of 2000/2100, but usually the Spracklen progs were distributed as
"Sargon"
