I don't think, it is possible to correctly evaluate this position with a
root-search only. It is too complex and the tactical motives are too deep to be
calculated till the end. Ruffian 2.0.0 for example prefers b3, considers Nxe6
but switches back to b3 only to fail low and probably changes its mind on
iteration 15 again. The eval is unstable. I'm not sure wheter Nxe6 really works
as the analysis of Shredder and ProDeo seem to indicate.
