Hello,
Well #11 means mate in 11 AFIAK and the (11) does mean it will be out of the
tablebase in 11 because of conversion to a won endgame (Like capturing the
rook).  The (0) means it is a draw.  That's my understanding.  If I'm wrong
please feel free to correct me.
