Dark Thought: on DEC ALPHA with 767 mhz !!!
CSTAL: P2-300 mhz

Dark Thought was always searching deeper than CSTAL.
In the endgame it did not know that the king and pawns have to work together.
so the king was sepearated by the pawns via CSTAL's rook.

CSTAL had this in the STATIC evaluation.
It KNEW that this works.

here static kills dynamic search.

or at least: makes the draw.
The programmer and operator did not believed into the situation and continued
and continued the game. he hoped that CSTal would FORGET about the law.
but it could not. it was in the static knowledge of CSTAL.
